 Office Manager
Angela Swofford is the Office Manager. She has managed a number of different medical offices for over 30 years. Angela has been with Justice Orthodontics since 2002. Before Justice Orthodontics she had in her own bookkeeping, and staff consulting business. She is a believer in Great Customer Service and you will often hear her say “What is the fair exchange?”. Her daughter Brittany is part of our exceptional team. Angela finds joy in seeing the staff and patients as extended family. Angela spends a lot of her free time in different dance classes, gardening, and meditation of God’s word.
 

 Office Administrator

Vicky Dunn is the Office Administrator of our practice and our managers’ right hand lady. She started with Justice Orthodontics in 2005. Vicky has been trained in several different positions and before going into Orthodontics she had worked 12 years in the medical administrative field. Vicky helps to create a fun, relaxed and friendly atmosphere for our office. Vicky and her husband, David, have two adult sons and are grandparents of 2 active little boys. She loves to garden and go to her cabin in the mountains.
 
 Treatment Coordinators
Amy Fuller is our Senior Treatment Coordinator for our office. She joined the practice in 2003 and prior to that she worked 6 years with an oral and maxillofacial surgery group. Amy goes over and beyond to help our New Patients find a way to start the orthodontic care that they need. Amy may be small in size but she is a large part of our team. She is married to Lance and they have 2 boys, Jace and Camden.
 

Brittany Rivers was added as one of our Treatment Coordinators in 2010. She was also trained as an Orthodontic Assistant, Inventory control manager and Front Office Receptionist. At the age of 5 she started as a patient with Dr. Justice and joined our team in 2003 while attending collage. As a former patient she has a supportive way of comforting our patients and parents with their many questions about Orthodontic care. In 2008, she graduated from University of West Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. Brittany likes to grow her own herbs and enjoys her vegetable garden. She spends her free time working out at the gym and running with her dog Rudy.
 
Financial Coordinator

Randy Shannon is our Financial/Insurance Coordinator. She is your person to contact regarding any financial arrangements, and Insurance. Randy never meets a stranger and can find the positive in each day. Randy, started working for Dr. Justice in 1992 as a clinical assistant. She graduated from Ft. Dodge Community College with an Associate of Arts Degree and then went on to Dental Assisting School. Randy was employed at the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry for 7 years. She has two adult sons and is a very “hand’s on grandmother” of three and in her free time, she enjoys traveling. She is a Georgia Master Gardener.
 
Scheduling Coordinators

Kristen Hosea is one of our Front Office Receptionists who is also cross-trained as an Orthodontic Assistant. Kristen started with us in 2006 and had been in Orthodontics 2 years previously. Kristen is our go to person when we need to remember anyone’s name. She has an amazing ability with memorization. Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and friends. September of 2011 she is due to be a first time Mother. Her husband Craig is “over the moon” happy and ready to be a Daddy!
 

Michelle Wiley is our Senior Appointment Coordinator and Front Desk Supervisor. Michelle has a wonderful way of helping patients find that special appointment time that they need. It is easy to say she is a “people person”, and enjoys working with our outside public relationships. She started with us in 2005 but has worked in the orthodontic field since 1993. Michelle is married to her husband Pat and they have 4 children and one grandson. Her new love is gardening and also enjoys man’s best friend, the family dog “Todd”.
 

 Lab Technician

Carmen Shepherd, an Orthodontic Assistant/Lab Technician. She has worked in the dental and orthodontic field for over 29 years. You may find her designing retainers in the lab or assisting in the clinic. Carmen received her certification in orthodontics while living in South Carolina and served on the community advisory board at Midland Tech College from 1997-1999. She is certified in dental x-rays, expanded duties and CPR. She and her husband are proud grandparents of two girls. They have family dinners every Wednesday night and as a couple, Carmen and Roger enjoy road trips on their motorcycle.
 

Sterilization

Terry Morris is our Sterilization Expert, and part time Lab Technician. Terry is the third hand for the Assistants and Lab Tech. Terry understands the importance of making sure we excel in all OSHA rules and regulations and that all sterilization equipment is tested and runs properly. Before joining Justice Orthodontics in 2006 Terry received a certificate in nursing assisting in 1995 and worked 4 years in the radiology department at Cobb General Hospital. She makes us proud in how she oversees the cleaning details of our office, and buildings. Terry has a daughter in collage and several pets that she loves.
 
Assistants

Dayna Cunningham, an Orthodontic Assistant started with Dr. Justice in 2003. She attended the Bryman School for general dental assisting. In 2002 she completed her Orthodontic Assisting course and received her Ga. Certification for Orthodontic assisting. She also is certified in Dental X-ray and CPR. Dayna is in charge of inventory and ordering supplies to ensure that we have all we need to deliver the "Justice Smile". In her spare time, she enjoys being with friends, exercising, swimming, and going to the beach.
 

Kristie Fields, an Orthodontic Assistant, started in the Orthodontic field in 1993 and joined Dr. Justice in 2006. Kristie has her certification with the Ga. Certification of Orthodontic Assisting, Dental X-ray and CPR. Kristie and her husband Lonnie are involved with their daughter and son’s school and sports activities. She loves meeting new people and she seems to know most everyone in Paulding County. Kristie has a great chairside interaction with our patients and she knows how to get a smile out of our teenager patients.
 

Leslie Wix has been a Team Member since 2005 as a Chairside Orthodontic Assistant. After working full time for several years, she took maternity leave to tend to her son, Brandon. Now she is with us every Monday to lend a hand. She is very active in her church, including hosting Wednesday night events.
 

Monisha (Mo) Gallups has been with Dr. Justice the longest of all the employees. She started with Justice Orthodontics in 1997 but had worked along with Dr. Justice in another practice for 2 years prior. Mo is our Back office Supervisor and Senior Orthodontic Assistant. She is certified with the Georgia Certification for Orthodontic assisting, Dental X-ray, and CPR. Through the years Mo has attended a number of different meetings on team building, OSHA, and the never ending, new techniques in orthodontics. She loves seeing the progress that patients make between appointments. Mo has a talent for being calm and mothering when a patient is extra nervous. When at church you will often find Mo in the nursery taking care of the babies and small children. She is the Mother of two teenagers and is married to Jason a firefighter and EMT for Cobb County.
